UDINUS GIVES "ONE STOP SERVICE"
Providing services and convenience to the general public has become a jargon of an institution. The services without the support of reliable resources do not have a positive impact.
For Udinus, the service becomes something that must be done so that service satisfaction becomes significant. Therefore, in order to give the best service, Udinus developed the program "One stop service". This program is different from the concept that becomes a slogan of a company or other institutions.
This program is the service provided for prospective new students who want to join Udinus. It only takes 2 hours to follow the process and they are eligible to be part of the campus. " It took 2 hours to complete the admissions selection process, from registration, file verification to alma mater jacket measurement," said Lilis Kusniati, M.Hum.
She said that prospective students need about 15 minutes for consultation to determine the study program, 10 minutes for register, 45 minutes for computer test and the results that can be known immediately. "For prospective students who pass the exam can do re-registration and alma mater measurement that takes about 20 minutes" Lilis added.
She calculated it takes about 2 hours for completing the process. Lilis said that the service becomes very important because as it is known the registrars do not like to wait too long. So 2 hours is the ideal time for the selection process. Although it only takes a short time does not reduce the quality of prospective students. If they do not pass the test, then they not are able to join Udinus. "We are selective in conducting the selection process. We do it professionally by prioritizing the quality based on existing SOP," she added. (*PR)
